Beth Bozman - In just five years at Duke, head coach Beth Bozman has turned the Duke field hockey program into a top tier unit, as the Blue Devils have been a consistent presence in the top five of the national rankings and have advanced to four consecutive Final Four appearances, finishing as the national runner-up in three of those occasions (2003-05). 

Formerly the Head Coach at Princeton University, Beth was the winningest field hockey coach Ivy League history and led the Tigers to nine straight conference championships and four Final Four appearances.  As one of the most successful coaches in the nation Beth has complied over 295 career victories and is a past president of the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.
